Revenue jumped to Rs 31.78 Cr from Rs 16.68 Cr, while profit before tax doubled to Rs 10.33 Cr. Net profit also surged to Rs 7.42 Cr from Rs 4.09 Cr. The company appointed Ms. Preeti Tolani as Company Secretary and onboarded new auditors for FY25-26. Strategically, Kody is entering the North American market, planning a manufacturing setup in the U.S., marking a key step toward global expansion.
