Swelect Energy Systems Limited — Important, 30-05-2025: Updates

Swelect Energy Systems has announced a board meeting on to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Standalone revenue rose to Rs. 431.34 Cr from Rs. 248.82 Cr, while net profit declined sharply to Rs. 8.58 Cr from Rs. 51.74 Cr. Consolidated revenue jumped to Rs. 621.67 Cr from Rs. 242.78 Cr, with net profit down to Rs. 13.98 Cr from Rs. 53.51 Cr, boosted by one-time gains from selling its Amex Alloys subsidiary. Net debt increased due to higher borrowings. The board also approved leadership changes and auditor reappointments, alongside a final dividend of Rs. 3 per share.
