Waterbase has announced a board meeting to appoint Mr. R Sureshkumar as Company Secretary, effective May 31, 2025. Currently the Chief Financial Officer and Compliance Officer, Sureshkumar brings 26 years of experience in finance, accounts, and secretarial roles across FMCG, power, and aquaculture sectors. He holds qualifications as a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. His expanded role strengthens Waterbase’s leadership team, enhancing oversight of compliance and financial functions, supporting smoother governance and operational efficiency.
