Vodafone Idea Limited — Board Meeting, 30-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Vodafone Idea has announced a board meeting on approving its audited consolidated financial results. Q4 revenue grew 3.8% YoY to Rs. 110.1 billion, with Cash EBITDA up 6.5% to Rs. 23.2 billion. Annual revenue rose 2.2% to Rs. 435.7 billion, and annual Cash EBITDA increased 9.5% to Rs. 92 billion. The company expanded 4G coverage to ~83% of the population and launched 5G in four key cities, targeting 17 circles by August 2025. Subscriber losses narrowed with a base of 198.2 million; ARPU increased 14.2% to Rs. 175. Equity infusion totaled ~Rs. 614 billion, including Rs. 369 billion to the government, raising its stake to 49%. Net loss shrank to Rs. 274 billion, net debt dropped to Rs. 23.3 billion, and credit ratings improved to BBB- (Stable). Debt talks continue to support Rs. 500–550 billion capex plans.
