SVA India Ltd — Results, 30-05-2025: Result

SVA India Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported a standalone net loss of ₹54.38 lakh for the year ended, compared to a loss of ₹9.45 lakh in the previous year. Consolidated results showed a net loss of ₹65.39 lakh, but after including the share of associates, profit stood at ₹159.34 lakh. Finance costs reduced significantly from ₹69.85 lakh to ₹31.42 lakh. Cash from operations improved sharply to ₹397.82 lakh, supported by better working capital management. The auditor issued an unmodified opinion but noted non-compliance with IND AS-19 on employee benefits.
