Bharat Agri Fert & Realty Ltd. has announced a board meeting outcome including approval of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue from operations grew to Rs. 25.35 Cr with a marginal profit before tax of Rs. 0.37 Cr but a net profit of Rs. 0.92 Cr for the year. The fertilizer segment continues to underperform with low capacity utilization below 10%, incurring significant losses. The company is expanding its Anchaviyo Resort with a ~€100 Cr project targeting premium destination weddings and has signed an MoU with Greenstar Fertilizers for marketing 25,000 MT of Single Superphosphate, expected to generate ~Rs. 40 Cr revenue. The Wembley-60 residential project in Thane has achieved ~15% bookings of available inventory. The entire 120-acre land in Wada has been converted to non-agricultural status for upcoming developments in logistics, infrastructure, and hospitality. The auditors issued a qualified opinion citing non-provision for Rs. 9.81 Cr of old overdue trade receivables and absence of impairment assessment for the fertiliser segment's assets. Legal disputes related to short receipt of Transferable Development Rights (TDR) amounting to Rs. 1.16 Cr and maintenance charges of Rs. 0.33 Cr remain sub judice, with the company not recognizing these liabilities pending resolution. New appointments include M/s GMJ & Associates as Secretarial Auditors, M/s PSRD & Co. as Internal Auditors, M/s S.R. Singh & Co. as Cost Auditors, and M/s Desai Saksena & Associates as Tax Auditors for FY 2025-26.
