Vodafone Idea Limited — Important, 30-05-2025: General Updates

Vodafone Idea has announced a board meeting to review the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 revenue grew 3.8% YoY to Rs. 11,013.5 Cr, with cash EBITDA rising 6.5% to Rs. 2,320 Cr. FY25 revenue increased 2.2% to Rs. 43,570 Cr, and cash EBITDA grew 9.5% to Rs. 9,200 Cr. 4G coverage expanded to ~83% with 6,900 new towers and accelerated 5G rollout. ARPU rose 14.2% to Rs. 175 on tariff hikes and upgrades. Enterprise digital initiatives and a new HPE partnership boosted business focus. Capex hit a record Rs. 9,570 Cr post-merger.
