The company reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 1,093.86 lakh and consolidated revenue of Rs. 1,415.31 lakh for the quarter, with a consolidated profit before tax of Rs. 96.64 lakh. For the full year, standalone total income stood at Rs. 3,176.59 lakh and consolidated total income at Rs. 3,632.15 lakh. Consolidated net profit after tax rose to Rs. 152.86 lakh. The board also took note of an unmodified audit opinion by S N D K & Associates LLP. The company’s equity capital increased to Rs. 696.29 lakh, supported by fresh equity issuance and security premium, strengthening its balance sheet.
