Sarveshwar Foods has announced a board meeting on the approval of the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated Q4 revenue jumped to ₹156.92 Cr from ₹111.81 Cr YoY, with a PBT of ₹1.88 Cr. FY revenue soared to ₹556.39 Cr (up from ₹377.51 Cr), delivering a PAT of ₹8.81 Cr. Domestic sales remain the growth engine at ₹462 Cr+, while exports doubled to ₹94.23 Cr. Strategically, the company fully acquired its Dubai-based associate, Natural Global, making it a 100% subsidiary, strengthening its international footprint.
