Sarveshwar Foods has announced a board meeting on May 30, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Quarterly revenue jumped to ₹159.2 Cr from ₹112.2 Cr last year, with a PBT of ₹1.88 Cr. Annual revenue reached ₹556.4 Cr, delivering a PAT of ₹8.81 Cr. Domestic sales accounted for ₹462 Cr, while exports climbed to ₹94.2 Cr. The company is also acquiring full ownership of its Dubai-based associate, Natural Global, making it a wholly owned subsidiary—strengthening its international footprint.
