Algoquant Fintech Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the appointment of Mr. Krishna Kumar Yadav as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective June 1, 2025. Mr. Yadav is a Commerce graduate from Delhi University and an Associate Member of ICSI, bringing around 3 years of professional experience. He will also serve as a Key Managerial Personnel. This appointment strengthens the company’s compliance framework, supporting better governance and operational oversight for shareholders. Mr. Yadav is not related to any existing directors.
