Indowind Energy Limited — Board Meeting, 31-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Indowind Energy has announced a board meeting in which it approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue fell to ₹3,351 Cr from ₹3,970 Cr YoY, hit by a weaker wind season. Profit before tax narrowed to ₹3.51 Cr from ₹6.61 Cr, reflecting lower power generation. Standalone profit before tax also declined to ₹1.75 Cr from ₹3.67 Cr. The company expects earnings to improve with a normal wind season and anticipates benefits from ongoing capacity expansion in the current fiscal. The audit report was clean.
