Commercial Syn Bags Limited — Board Meeting, 31-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Commercial Syn Bags has announced a board meeting on 30th May 2025, approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Total income rose to Rs 351.85 Cr from Rs 291.78 Cr, with profit before tax doubling to Rs 21.41 Cr. Net profit jumped to Rs 17.12 Cr from Rs 7.86 Cr, and EPS reached Rs 4.29. The manufacturing segment continues to drive growth. The company also expanded its presence by acquiring 100% of Erawat Vegcap Pvt Ltd through its subsidiary, alongside ongoing capex and operational improvements.
