Indowind Energy Limited — Board Meeting, 31-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Indowind Energy has announced a board meeting on 30th May to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue declined to ₹35.81 Cr from ₹41.84 Cr last year, hit by lower wind availability affecting power generation. Consolidated profit before tax fell to ₹3.51 Cr from ₹6.61 Cr. Standalone profit before tax came in at ₹1.75 Cr, with capacity expansion expected to boost performance ahead. Net borrowings dropped sharply to ₹1.01 Cr from ₹7.33 Cr, strengthening the balance sheet. Audited results were approved without any qualifications.
