GSS Infotech Limited — Board Meeting, 31-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

GSS Infotech has announced a board meeting on the approval of financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue reached ₹125.17 Cr, led by ₹99.38 Cr from software services and ₹25.79 Cr from trading. However, the company posted a consolidated loss before tax of ₹1.05 Cr, down from an ₹8.74 Cr profit last year, mainly due to ₹1.41 Cr losses in the trading segment. Operational cash flows remained under pressure with a net outflow of ₹116.95 Cr. Asset growth remained stable, particularly in software intangibles and loans. No dividend or fundraising plans were shared.
