Lancor Holdings Limited — Board Meeting, 31-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Lancor Holdings has announced a board meeting on May 30, 2025, approving audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue rose to Rs 192.15 Cr from Rs 138.86 Cr, while profit after tax slipped to Rs 4.67 Cr from Rs 6.75 Cr in FY24. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs 0.20 per share (10%). VGJ & Co. and B Y & Associates were appointed as internal and cost auditors respectively for FY26. A merger with its subsidiary, Lancor Maintenance & Services Ltd, is underway, effective April 1, 2024. ESOPs were also granted under the 2024 scheme.
