Lancor Holdings Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, with an unmodified audit opinion. Consolidated revenue was Rs. 190.30 Cr, standalone revenue Rs. 184.53 Cr, and profit before tax stood at Rs. 10.19 Cr consolidated and Rs. 14.31 Cr standalone. A final dividend of 10% (Rs. 0.20 per share) has been proposed. VGJ & Co. and B Y & Associates were appointed internal and cost auditors for FY 2025-26. The company is pursuing a Supreme Court case on a commercial property valued at Rs. 25.40 Cr and progressing a merger with its wholly owned subsidiary from April 1, 2024. Stock options were also granted under the 2024 ESOP scheme.
