Samvardhana Motherson International Limited has announced a corporate restructuring involving its wholly owned subsidiaries. The plan includes demerging a business division from Samvardhana Motherson Innovative Solutions Limited into the parent company, while amalgamating Samvardhana Motherson Auto System Private Limited into the parent and Motherson Machinery and Automations Limited into SMISL.
