PAT stood at Rs. 14.5 Cr (Q4) and Rs. 18.5 Cr (FY25). Dye intermediates grew 36% to Rs. 667 Cr; dyestuff +6%, chlor-alkali +25%, basic chemicals +11%. Benzene derivatives began contributing at ~30% utilization, targeting 80%. Management expects FY26 revenue growth of ~10% to Rs. 1,900 Cr+, EBITDA margin of 11-12%, volume growth in dyestuffs (10-15%), and chlor-alkali debottleneck adding capacity. Focus remains on debt reduction and stable margins amid subsidiary pressures and price volatility.
