Rodium Realty has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, with an unmodified auditor opinion. Standalone revenue from operations stood at Rs. 305.88 lakhs for the quarter and Rs. 1,003.71 lakhs for the year, with a profit before tax of Rs. 241.57 lakhs (quarter) and Rs. 308.63 lakhs (year). On consolidation, revenue was Rs. 2,231.43 lakhs (quarter) and Rs. 6,155.54 lakhs (year), with profit before tax of Rs. 485.57 lakhs (quarter) and Rs. 592.05 lakhs (year). EPS for consolidated results was Rs. 11.47 (basic and diluted) for the quarter. The company also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Kaushal Doshi as Secretarial Auditor and M/s. HJT & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26. Trading window for insiders reopens from June 1.
