Mahindra Logistics Limited — Others, 31-05-2025: Copy of Newspaper Publication

Mahindra Logistics has issued a public notice to equity shareholders about the transfer of shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) due to unpaid or unclaimed dividends for seven or more consecutive years. Shareholders with dividends unclaimed since FY 2017-18 are urged to claim them by applying to the company or its registrar before the deadline to prevent share transfer.
