UGRO Capital is boosting its capital with a ₹400 Cr rights issue at ₹162/share and a ₹915 Cr preferential CCD raise, backed by ₹250 Cr+ committed capital including ₹150 Cr from IFU and ₹34 Cr from promoters. The company plans to scale its MSME lending book, which reached ₹12,003 Cr AUM with a ₹203 Cr PBT in FY25. Expansion of branches and higher disbursements are targeted, while asset quality and capital adequacy remain stable to support growth.
