Rama Steel Tubes Limited — Updates, 31-05-2025: Press Release

Rama Steel Tubes Ltd. posted a 4.98% revenue rise QoQ to ₹2944.4 MN, with sales volume up 6.94% to 55,256 MT. EBITDA jumped 31.16% QoQ to ₹136.41 MN, driven by strong demand and better price realization. PAT grew 6.49% QoQ on improved product mix and cost control. The company entered defence through a wholly-owned subsidiary and invested ₹5.65 Cr for a 24.8% stake in Bigwin Buildsys Coated Pvt Ltd, now an associate. It also holds 40% in Oram Green Energy (renewables) and exited a construction JV.
