Kairosoft AI Solutions has announced a management reshuffle with the resignation of Raman Kumar as CFO and Bhag Chand Sharma as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, both effective end of May. Ayushi Sinha has been appointed as the new CFO, bringing 2 years of experience in statutory and internal audits primarily in NBFCs. Naina Soni joins as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with 22 months of corporate secretarial experience. Additionally, M/s Jain Rajeev & Associates have been reappointed as internal auditors for FY 2025-26. These changes aim to strengthen the company’s financial and compliance functions.
