GST authorities alleged fraudulent input credit claims of Rs. 96.14 Cr with interest and penalties totaling Rs. 290.70 Cr, which the company strongly disputes and is contesting through legal channels. Income Tax authorities also raised a disputed demand of Rs. 16.98 Cr. Management expects no liability and has made no provisions.
