Econo Trade (India) Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Asian Granito India Limited reported a turnaround with a consolidated net profit of Rs. 20.24 Cr in FY25 compared to a net loss of Rs. 20.15 Cr in FY24. Net sales grew 1.8% to Rs. 1558.52 Cr, EBITDA rose to Rs. 75.72 Cr (margin 4.9%), and exports increased 19% to Rs. 291 Cr. Q4 FY25 showed 11.3% sales growth to Rs. 471.62 Cr and net profit of Rs. 16.36 Cr versus loss previously. Raadhi Advisors appointed Hitesh Mandot as Managing Director, bringing extensive investment banking experience. Amrapali Industries, Denis Chem Lab, and Prism Finance also approved their audited financial results. SEBI barred actor Arshad Warsi, his wife, and others over misleading share promotions, imposing fines and market bans.
