Expo Gas Containers Ltd — Updates, 31-05-2025: Company Update

Expo Gas Containers Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, with an unmodified auditor’s opinion confirming no qualifications. The company approved the issuance of 36.7 lakh convertible warrants at Rs. 60 each, aggregating Rs. 22.02 Cr, to promoters and non-promoters, with conversion rights exercisable within 18 months. The board also approved changing the company’s name to Expo Engineering and Projects Limited. Managing Director Hasanain S. Mewawala’s annual remuneration is proposed to increase from Rs. 12 lakh to Rs. 30 lakh, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Sunil Sawant was appointed Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. The company reported a profit of Rs. 318.29 lakh for FY25 and maintains adequate internal financial controls.
