Minolta Finance Limited has announced a board meeting to appoint M/s. Amruta Giradkar & Associates as its Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term starting FY 2025-26, subject to member approval. Additionally, Mrs. Shefali Gupta has been appointed as the Company Secretary, effective immediately. Shefali has strong expertise in corporate secretarial services, SEBI compliance, and legal matters, and has been serving as the Compliance Officer since February 2025. These appointments strengthen the company’s governance and regulatory compliance capabilities.
