Arvind Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 standalone revenue grew to ₹7,632 Cr with PBT of ₹427 Cr and PAT of ₹240 Cr. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹8,329 Cr, PBT ₹493 Cr, and PAT ₹367 Cr. Operations returned to normal after a 21-day strike at the Santej plant last year. Deferred tax assets were adjusted following capital gains tax changes. A final dividend of ₹3.75 per share is proposed.
