Kotak Mahindra Bank’s Deputy Managing Director Shanti Ekambaram will retire in October 2025 after 30+ years, having driven growth across Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Corporate and Consumer Banking. Paritosh Kashyap, Group President and Business Head – Wholesale Banking, will be appointed Whole-time and Executive Director, strengthening leadership in Wholesale Banking. This leadership shift is geared towards maintaining Kotak’s strategic growth trajectory.
