Nitiraj Engineers Limited — Important, 31-05-2025: General Updates

Nitiraj Engineers has announced a board meeting to approve performance-based salary hikes for its MD and Whole Time Directors, effective May 1, 2025. The MD’s pay is set at ₹60.05 lakh, others between ₹12.05-18.05 lakh. A sales-linked incentive of about ₹1 crore is introduced for one director. The company appointed M/s Agrawal Kucheriya and Company as Internal Auditor and M/s Cheena & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY 2025-26. Shareholder approval may be necessary.
