Adani Power has announced a board meeting that approved key leadership changes. Manmohan Srivastava joins as an Independent Director immediately, bringing over 40 years of experience in government and corporate sectors. Shailesh Haribhakti will also join as an Independent Director from November, known for his expertise in finance and governance. CEO Shersingh Khyalia has been elevated to Whole-time Director and CEO, strengthening leadership continuity as the company focuses on sustainable growth and expansion in the power sector.
