Mastek Limited completed the merger with its wholly-owned subsidiary Mastek Enterprise Solutions Private Limited to simplify corporate structure and boost operational efficiency. MESPL is now dissolved, and its ₹10 lakh authorized share capital is merged into Mastek’s total authorized capital of ₹40.85 Cr. This consolidation streamlines management without causing any immediate dilution for shareholders.
