Prashant India Ltd — Updates, 31-05-2025: Company Update

Prashant India Ltd. has announced a board meeting considering key governance updates. The company has approved the Director’s Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. It has proposed the appointment of M/s. Ashish Bhoola & Co. as its new statutory auditors for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Hiren Hasmukh Shah and Mrs. Nishtha Harivanshi Pamnani have been appointed as additional Independent Directors for five years, pending shareholder consent. Mr. Haribhai Becharbhai Malvia is proposed as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director from July 1, 2025. Mr. Harsukhbhai Mohanbhai Gondalia resigned as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director due to personal commitments. The 42nd AGM will be held through video conferencing, with voting dates set accordingly.
