Magenta Lifecare Limited has announced a board meeting on the approval of the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025, reporting revenue of ₹1018.35 lakh and a profit after tax of ₹8.28 lakh for the half year. The company appointed M/s. Gaurav Bachani & Associates as Secretarial Auditor and M/s. MJM Patel & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. Cash and bank balances rose significantly to ₹144.29 lakh from ₹18.07 lakh. The company improved shareholders’ equity to ₹1391.96 lakh and reduced long-term borrowings to ₹35.85 lakh. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion on these results. Share capital increased due to a fresh issue of 20 lakh equity shares through IPO at ₹35 each.
