Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 1018.35 lakh for the half-year ended March 2025, up from Rs. 876.28 lakh the previous year. Profit after tax was Rs. 8.28 lakh for the half-year compared to Rs. 73.85 lakh last year. The company appointed M/s. Gaurav Bachani & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2024-25 and M/s. MJM Patel & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. The board approved issuance of 20 lakh equity shares via IPO in June 2024, enhancing equity capital. Cash reserves improved significantly to Rs. 144.29 lakh. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the financial results, confirming compliance and accuracy.
