Meson Valves India Ltd — Board Meeting, 31-05-2025: Board Meeting

Meson Valves India Limited has announced a board meeting to approve an increase in authorized share capital from Rs. 11 Cr to Rs. 12 Cr by creating an additional 10 lakh equity shares. The company proposes to issue 97,561 equity shares at Rs. 410 each to a non-promoter investor and 9,85,080 convertible warrants at the same price to promoters and non-promoters on a preferential basis, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved changing the company name to Quest Flow Controls Limited, pending necessary approvals. An Extraordinary General Meeting has been scheduled for shareholder voting.
