In H2FY25, standalone revenue was ₹50.8 Cr, down 2.4% YoY but up 16.5% sequentially, with full-year revenue at ₹94.4 Cr, a 6.2% increase. EBITDA declined 51.9% YoY to ₹5.21 Cr due to one-time project costs but rose 29% sequentially; FY25 EBITDA was ₹9.25 Cr, down 22.4%. PAT fell 62.8% YoY to ₹2.48 Cr, doubling sequentially, with FY25 PAT at ₹3.72 Cr, down 36%. Consolidated figures showed similar trends with revenue of ₹50.95 Cr in H2FY25 and ₹100.38 Cr for FY25. Margin pressures stemmed from higher expenses and softer steel prices. The company targets ~₹130 Cr revenue and 11–13% EBITDA margin next year, backed by export expansion in the Middle East.
