Adani Energy Solutions Ltd has announced a 12th AGM through video conferencing to approve audited financials and consolidated results for FY 2024-25. Shareholders will vote on reappointing Mr. Rajesh S. Adani as director and appointing M/s. Chirag Shah & Associates as secretarial auditor for five years. Approval is also sought for related party transactions with Adani Power and subsidiaries involving EPC contracts, power purchase, and trading, all conducted at arm’s length. The company plans a QIP to raise up to ₹4,300 Cr for growth, capex, debt repayment, and working capital. New independent directors and a Whole-time Director/CEO are proposed to enhance governance and operational execution.
