Kundan Minerals & Metals has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The group reported total income from operations of ₹2,67,907.29 lakhs for the quarter and ₹4,27,743.93 lakhs for the year, with net profit after tax at ₹6,04,267 lakhs and ₹12,79,354 lakhs respectively. The group acquired full control of Kundan Concentrates Pvt Ltd and a 49% stake in Kundan Gold Mines Pvt Ltd during the quarter. A foreign subsidiary in Dubai was incorporated but remains unfunded, so its results are not consolidated.
