SBFC Finance Limited has issued demand notices to borrowers Mandar Shivram Shirke and Reshma Prakash Pawar for defaulting on loans totaling Rs. 39.5 lakh and Rs. 25.5 lakh respectively, with outstanding amounts around Rs. 40.2 lakh and Rs. 2.46 lakh. The accounts have been classified as Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) due to missed repayments. Consequently, the bank has taken possession of the secured properties associated with these loans under SARFAESI Act provisions. Borrowers and the public are cautioned against dealing with these properties until dues are cleared. This move underscores the lender’s enforcement action to recover overdue loan amounts.
