Bank of India Malvan branch has issued a demand notice to Mr. Saleem Hussain Shaikh for recovery of Rs. 9.97 lakh plus interest and other expenses on a cash credit loan account. The secured asset is a residential house and plot located at Gavkarwada, Malvan, Sindhudurg district. The borrower has not responded to previous notices, and the bank warns it will take possession and auction the property if dues are not cleared within 60 days. The borrower is prohibited from transferring the secured asset without the bank's written consent.
