Grand Coninent Hotels’ revenue jumped 132% to ₹73.23 Cr in FY25, fueled by room inventory nearly doubling to 956 keys and expansion into Hyderabad and Chennai. EBITDA almost doubled to ₹19.80 Cr with a 27% margin, while PAT soared 161% to ₹10.64 Cr. The addition of 4 properties (203 keys) in H2 FY25 pushed total keys past 1000 with the launch of the 21st property in Hyderabad.
