Ujaas Energy Limited — Board Meeting, 02-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Ujaas Energy has announced a board meeting on June 2, 2025, approving a bonus issue of 45.06 lakh equity shares at a ratio of 17 shares for every 25 held.
