Archean Chemical Industries has approved its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for FY 2024-25 and declared a final dividend of Rs. 3 per equity share (150%) on Rs. 2 equity shares. Mr. S Meenakshisundaram was re-appointed as Director. The company appointed M/s HVS & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years and confirmed Cost Auditor fees of Rs. 1.2 lakh plus expenses for FY 2025-26. The AGM voting process was completed smoothly via video conferencing.
