Engineers India Ltd has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company invested Rs. 34.58 Cr in the 4th call of Numaligarh Refinery Limited’s rights issue, acquiring 1.26 crore shares and maintaining a 4.37% stake. This boosts EIL’s downstream oil & gas exposure via NRL, which reported Rs. 25,147 Cr revenue in FY24-25, supporting EIL’s diversification without diluting existing shareholding.
