Oriental Aromatics reported consolidated revenue of Rs.928 Cr for FY25, up 11% YoY, with EBITDA doubling to Rs.93.4 Cr and margins improving to 10.06%. PAT rose sharply to Rs.34.3 Cr. Growth was driven by the fragrance division winning new clients and strong backward integration, supporting margins despite raw material volatility. Camphor and terpene chemicals faced pricing pressure but maintained margins by prioritizing value over volume. Specialty aroma ingredients saw volume growth, with a new Mahad facility starting initial sales. Management expects stable EBITDA margins of 10-12%, cautiously optimistic on volume growth led by fragrance and aroma ingredients. Working capital rose to lock in low raw material costs; debt increased due to CAPEX and inventory build-up. The overall outlook is confident, emphasizing profitable expansion and operational efficiency amid global uncertainties.
