Ms. Aashi Neema resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, succeeded by Ms. Atika Jain, a newly qualified Company Secretary with a commerce and education background. Mr. Manish Laddha, a Chartered Accountant with 24 years of finance experience, was appointed CFO. Meanwhile, Mr. Vijesh Kumar Kasera’s role shifted from CFO to Deputy CFO, continuing his two-decade expertise in the jewellery sector.
