Awfis Space Solutions Limited has secured an INR 80 Cr Rupee Term Loan from ICICI Bank, including a INR 30 Cr overdraft facility. The funds will finance capex for existing and new centers and reimburse expenses. Repayment is structured over 48 equal monthly installments. Security covers current assets, movable fixed assets, and cash flows of specified centers. This funding enhances Awfis’ ability to expand and optimize its flexible workspace network.
