Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited — Updates, 02-06-2025: Press Release

Glenmark’s biotech partner IGI reported strong Phase 1 data for ISB 2001, a trispecific antibody targeting relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma. Among heavily pretreated patients, the drug delivered a 74% overall response rate and 30% deep complete response, with mainly mild side effects. High efficacy was seen even in patients resistant to prior BCMA or anti-CD38 treatments. ISB 2001’s FDA Fast Track status could speed up its development, marking a promising advance for Glenmark in oncology biologics.
